Lead the digital strategies and innovations for Nando’s Australia.

  • Design and execute the strategy for all digital initiatives of Nando’s Australia.
  • Digital and Social Media lead for the organisation.
  • Manage all SEO and SEM campaigns for Nando’s: Adwords, Affiliates, banner display and organic.
  • Manage the integration and maintenance of all digital technologies for Nando’s Australia and the delivery of all digital marketing initiatives.
  • Design web-based solutions for business initiatives, internal and external: websites, intranet, apps.
  • Negotiate and drive approval process for contracts or statements of work.
  • Leading the development of a best-in-breed website, to be rolled out locally and internationally to 16 countries from mid-May 2012.

Achievements:

  • Doubled Nando’s web traffic through SEO and SEM strategy
  • Increased banner impressions x 35 within original budget constraints – constant CTR.
  • Increased Facebook fans from 8.5k to 120k and Twitter followers x 10. 
  • Developed an extensive brand presence on social media platforms.
  • Launched a mobile-based loyalty scheme currently trialled in WA, supported by a strong digital marketing campaign.
  • Led the development of a mobile ordering app (to launch in June in WA).
  • Developed an extensive brand presence on Facebook and customer service through social media.
  • Increased franchise leads quantity by 50% and quality through SEO and PPC.
