Being an SEO consultant should never involve telling clients that Google Adwords is their best shortcut to the top of Google 1st page. A good SEO consultant must understand search engine optimisation and endeavour to cover all the areas that will get your website to the top of Google’s organic results. Getting there requires an investment of time, efforts and money that varies on the keywords that you want to dominate. But once your site is listed at the top of the results, it is there to stay for a while, and maintaining this position becomes cheap and almost effortless as long as you know what to do.
A very important part of the SEO strategies that I implement is to make sure that my clients’ content prevails in the areas determined by their choice of keywords and that the positions that they have gained are not short-lived.
The quality of the content present on your website is the backbone of your search marketing strategy, which is why I have spent a lot of time sourcing some of the best content writers. I also believe that websites should first and foremost be optimised for people to read them. A content of interest to human beings will naturally attract search engines. The opposite is untrue. Therefore I ensure that the content that I produce for my clients is engaging, varied and original.
